I'm assuming you are filling out the info in one form (not multiple). If that is true then yes.
Thank you for the helpful response. I'm new to Adobe Forms and I'm also new to Forums, so I apologize if this is not the correct venue to ask this question:
How do I setup my form to accomplish this goal.
Hi Randy -
My question was the same as URG... above. I would like my forms to be able to handle individual submissions or "group" submissions. The Group could consist of up to 60 individuals all being paid by one person, so I would like to do one form that can handle multiple individuals before clicking SUBMIT. I could not find any feature in the FORM DESIGN area where the form could be "programmed" to a) SUBMIT, or b) Add another individual.
Where is that feature?
I should add that I am working in the Trial version plan to see if I like it. Perhaps the feature I am searching for only is available with the PLUS service. Please confirm.
The Trial version have the same features as Plus.
I don't quite understand your use case. Can you give an example.
Good Morning Randy -
Sorry for not giving you a clear enough description. I was trying to avoid a novel.
I hope to use FORMSCENTRAL for create a form for on-line users to register for meetings including paying via paypal. Some of the people register and pay for the meeting by themselves and others are registered by their office assistant, so there might be as many as 25-30 people.
The individual registrants are easy and doable with FORMSCENTRAL.
However, for the multiple registrants, I would like to create a form that can handle multiple registrants and only one submission for payment. So far, I have only been able to do that by creating a form that has the registrant fields created multiple times. I would really like to be able to have the set of fields created once unless I need to add the set of fields multiple times. I am sure that complications keeping track of the total payment due as well.
Being able to set-up a table with the fields across (left to right) for each registrant would be good.
Maybe this does not explain it well enough in which case, I can call and explain our need.
Thanks in advance.
This explains it perfectly. And what you are currently doing is the only work around. You have to add multiple sets of registrants info to the form.
We do hope to provice the ability to put multiple fields on one line in a coming release.
I too would like to see a feature such as this. We register runners for races. If someone wants to register themself and their spouse or children, they have to complete the form and payment process for each person. I'd like to be able to just have a "Number of Runners" field, and then just have the form add the required fields (name, gender, age) that number of times. It seems a fairly simple bit of programming, but I am not a programmer, so I may be way off base on that assessment. In any case, I feel that I am inconveniencing my form users by making the process repetitive and cumbersome.
