We need to provide a print out of changes made to updated manuals to our engineers.
Is there an easy way to compile and print these in InDesign CS5 using Track Changes?
Have you looked into comparing documents in full Acrobat (not Reader)?
Would be nice to produce a PDF afterwards where all changes are marked as sticky notes as is common in PDF files. That way we can give feedback to e.g. translators without having to share the entire open documents again.
You could look at EditMarks.
There is a free version of EditMarks it only shows edits in layout view and does not print.
If you just need the deletes as PDF Sticky notes.
