That error shows up for a PDF form being filled out in Adobe Reader, and not a web form. PDF forms cannot collect/submit attachments. Attachments are only supported in web forms.
Thanks, I've reposted in Adobe Form Central - I thought that was where I was!

Just to be clear. FormsCentral can create PDF forms and our forms show that error message. It isn't anything to do with Reader/Acrobat.
PDF forms created using FormsCentral cannot collect attachments.
Sorry for the confusion...

Thanks, until now I wasn't aware that a pdf version of a form, will not take an attachment when submitting - so thanks for the tip.
However, when my user was attaching a pdf to my form, she was online at Adobe Forms Central - she was not flling out the pdf version of the form.
So she was online, tried to attach a document to my form, and got the error message above.
I really think it is because she was using an old browser (she said 95 version of IE), but I don't know that for sure.
I had another user successfully attach the document to the form, so I know it is working.
Any advice, I'd appreciate. Michelle
Can you ask the submitter for exact browser version (as displayed in "About Internet Explorer") and type/version of operating system so we can investigate more.
