Yes, with your bitmap selected > Filters > Adjust
Colour > Hue/Saturation.
Slide the Saturation pointer all the way to the left until it
reads -100.
If you want you can also add a Sepia tone, by sliding the
Saturation pointer
to around 10 > then try sliding the Hue pointer left/right
until you arrive
at the desired effect.
