    could not open a scratch file because of a disk error

      Photoshop CS6 at opening...

      What am I supposed to do with this??

          Well, I'd start by being worried that you have a problem on your system if an application is reporting a disk error.

           

          But beyond that, if you want to reset what drive Photoshop uses for scratch, press and hold the Control and Alt keys (Option and Command keys on a Mac) immediately upon cold-starting Photoshop.  If you're quick enough to get the keys down, Photoshop will prompt you to choose a different set of scratch drive(s).
