Two Table of Contents.

I am having issues with my Robohelp 9 after publishing to our corporate site, it shows two table of contents.  I need to get rid of the outside one, but I've called my internal tech support and nobody can tell me how to fix it.  Please help....

Can you please check this locally, also try and create a test TOC and then test this.
