I'm not seeing any issues on my own system. That could indicate it's not a bug, but a local issue for you. Unfortunately, I can't think of anything offhand that might be causing that behavior.

What is your nVidia driver version? Do not rely on Windows update, go directly to the nVidia site for updates

What is that? Is that a video capture device? If yes, does it capture to a standard codec, or a custom codec that is installed with the product?

The AverMedia is an analog capture card which I didn’t use for quite a while (last time was before upgrading from cs5.5 to cs6).
