I don't think you need monitor drivers, you need to update your graphics adapter drivers
The message you are seeing is USUALLY because of a laptop with two graphic adapters

Thanks for the answer. I am having the problem while on my desktop but was able to solve it simply by right clicking the Premiere Pro icon and selecting "run as an administrator". Works fine now.

It's a bug of hurt last time to run CS6 on Retina MacBook... Sorry..
