Need to run a silent flash update using activex.exe -update activex

I need to create a batch file that installs adobe flash player offline and then immediately updates it to the most recent version, the batch file needs to run silently so that it will install and update multiple applications.   I can get the installer to run silently using -install but I can't seem to force an update to run in a similarly silent manner.  This is the script I'm using to push the update:

      SET FLASHDIR32=\System32\Macromed\Flash\

      SET FLASHDIR64=\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\

      for /f "delims=|" %%f in ('dir /b %WINDIR%%FLASHDIR32%FlashUtil*_ActiveX.exe') do %WINDIR%%FLASHDIR32%%%f -update activex

      for /f "delims=|" %%f in ('dir /b %WINDIR%%FLASHDIR64%FlashUtil*_ActiveX.exe') do %WINDIR%%FLASHDIR64%%%f -update activex

I haven't had any luck finding a silent switch for the updater, does anyone know of a workaround for this problem?  Any additional switches for the updater would be helpful.  Thanks in advance.
