    Weird horizontal lines.


      Hello, Im having some wird horizontal lines underlying some text in some pages of a book im doing.

      The lines were not there in the original .doc, cannot be selected, nor seem to exist otherwise. If I export as a pdf, however, the lines reappear.

      Any ideas how to get rid of them?

          It looks like there are both Paragraph Rules Above and Below, either in your paragraph styles, or applied as local formatting. Since they appear on every paragraph, I suspect the first.

            I'm thinking it's only a Rule Above, but I'm not sure it's applied as part of the style. It bothers me that the first paragraph on the left page has only one rule, and that on all of the other paragraphs, regardless of line count, there seems to be a rule above and below the second line. I'm thinking a custom stripe stroke to do this...
