Maybe you need to have something on the server side to push notification that the image has changed to your app.

Have you ever searched a problem, found someone with the exact same one, and they say, "Thanks, I found a solution" and that is all?
That feels very bad.
I found the solution on another forum…. This is how it works.
I believe adding this at the end of the URL will not cache the image file.
Make sure you add the random number on the end of your url as a query string...
so if your URL was
add on the random number so it looks like this
You don't have to have i= but it makes more sense to form a proper URL
