I think... NOT.
I think yes - sort of - for audio!
Create a custom template - and in the Tracks Tab you can set the default type of audio tracks and whether they open as expanded tracks or not.
I have a 'master" project for certain kinds of videos. I don't always use it, but I do when I know I am going to need what it provides. That master project resides in a directory structure on one of my hard drives. I pick it up and copy it to my project drive when I start a new project.
What is in the folder?
A project with the tracks the way I like them, a sequence that has effects and transitions I have saved that I use on every project, resources I use, like my logo, titles (like my credits), and the audio I use on every video.
Also, the master folder has sub folders for audio, video, resources, stills, etc.
I just got tired of creating the same bins over and over again. And the same folder structure. And I certainly got tired of adjusting the number of tracks, the types of tracks and the way they appear.
That looks promising.
I have been doing, as Steven has, and have a couple of "common" templates for Projects, with much in place. Still, that program might be well worth exploring.
