I am having a problem with InDesign CS6 printing graphics [logos (created in Illustrator) and photos (jpegs)]. Only the text on the page prints. The logos are on the master page and the photos are on the individual pages. If I export it to a pdf it will print just fine. I am using a Windows 7 PC. I have printed to an HP5525 and a Canon 9065. Neither will print graphics from InDesign.
Do these objects show in ID in Overprint Preview?
We figured it out. One of the illustrator files was corrupt. We saved it as a high res jpeg and re-linked it in ID. Everything prints fine now.
Why not save it as .ai or PDF so it remains vector?
