Context Sensitive Help - the browser switches the page displayed

I have a java app calling a WebHelp file. Though my CSH Test works perfectly, at some point recently, something I have done has started this issue...

When I click a Help button in the app, the browser opens and starts to display the correct page, but then jumps up a level and displays a parent page.

This hasn't always been the case. I'm trying to think of the things I've changed in the last few days that would have caused this. Could this be a result of browse sequences? Books in the TOC being associated with topics? Topics being categorized within subfolders?

I'm at a loss.

I think I've figured it out. It was the TOC books that were linked to topics. It didn't like this AT ALL!
