I have a client that installed CS6 Productiom Premium with a volume license on multiple Mac Pros and is saying that InDesign hangs upon launch, meaning, it will take 1-2 minutes to launch the program. Out of all the computers he has installed the software with, one does not have an issue with start-up and launches almost immediately. He is currently looking on his end what is different on that machine compared to the others.
But what I need help with is suggesting to him what else can he try to rectify the hang-up issue? I have walked him through the steps in deleting his Font cache and resetting his preferences and he still reports a hang-up on launch.
Does any one have any other suggestions? He has Mac Pros with Lion on them.

One of our CS5 users is having a similar problem when using InDesign. I have deleted the prefrences twice, and it continues to run very slow, or freezes up on her sometimes. She is running Mac OS X 10.6.8, 4 quadpro Xeon 2.9 Ghz, 8 Gb of ram. So i believe she more then meets the Minimum requirements. We believe the problem mainly exist while running InDesign, but for us it is hit or miss. We have ran disk premission cleanup and disk check so we do not believe it is system related.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My last resort is to attempt a reinstall and see if that works.
