Difficulty dowloading Adobe Flash Player

I am having difficulty downloading adobe flash player. It gets as far as Save File but when I double click on the file name it doesn't progress to the Run screen

I have the same problem. Winows Vista, Firefox 15.

Sorted. Needed to install Firefox plug-in.

Right click on the install file, go into Properties, and click "unblock" at the bottom. Then it should progress to the run screen.
