Hy!

I have been using Adobe Captivate 6 for some days now. Recently a problem has occurred: In the screencapture I have taken, I open some calendar. In the tool itself everything works properly, but in the outupt (in pdf or htm but not in mp4) it is different - either I have black pixels on the spot where something should happen, or the screen is afterwards reduced to the size of the calendar.

What is my problem? And how may I help it?

Kind regards and thanks

Zechner Nicole

Hello,

Welcome to Adobe Forums.

Does this issue occurs on a blank project at well

Do you have Windows or MAC

As you mentioned "Recently", Did it work earlier ?

Did you try to publish .htm or .pdf to a different location ?

Thanks,

Vikram

Hy!

The issue does not occurr in a blank project - moreover, it does not

occurr in the project when I create it. It comes into it if I replay it

often, to look if everything works correct.

I use Windows 7.

And yes I did try to publish it in a different location, but that would

not help it.

Thanks.
