How do users send messages to each other?

When a customer submits a web app, the visitor to that web app should be able to send a message to that customer. I didn't find any tags related to this on the web apps templates.

How do we achieve this? Pardon me if I missed something. Sounds like a simple question.

Hi Utsav,

There are no specific tag for this required feature.

What you can do is create specific web forms and apply to web app layout as a way to recieve communication from a customer.

Can you elaborate on how I can set up the web form to allow a customer to send a message to another customer?
