    No Internet Connection to Server

    wlxsf

When I try to use a Template, I received the following message "No Internet Connection to Server"?

But my internet works perfectly as I'm able to post here.

      Full message is:

      No Internet Connection to Server

You must be connected to the internet to edit or view an online form.  Please check your internet connection and try again.

      Thanks for your help

          Hi,

          Sorry you're having trouble.

Do you still see the problem? I've tried just now and cannot reproduce the issue. If you still see the problem can tell me what template you are trying to use.

          Thanks,

          Roman

            Hi Roman,

I am having the same problem: My Internet is working fine (I am typing this so it must be working ), but whenever I launch FormsCentral I get the same message - this is right when I start the application, before I can do anything. I can work locally, but clicking on the Retry button won't do anything.

When I tried to launch the application this morning, it reported that an update was available, and it did install the update. The "no connection" problem did not go away however.

Let me know if you need more information to debug this problem.

            Thanks,

              Hi Karl,

I assume you are working with FormsCentral (standalone) application bundled with Acrobat (and not with online version accessed via https://formscentral.acrobat.com), right?

Did you try to sign-in again once you in local mode? You can do it via menu in the top-right corner "Sign In", can you please try it and let me know the result.

(I suspect that maybe something wrong with "remember me" token that is used to automatically sign-in on the application launch, so by manual Sign In this token should be updated, which may help).

              Thanks

              Roman

                Hi Roman,

you probably identified the problem correctly - I was not logged in, and

when I tried to actually "distribute" the form, the desktop application

prompted me for my password, and from that point on, I actually was able to

                see the uploaded form.

                Thanks,
