Crashes what kind of system usning what kind of footage. Can't help without details.
system is windows 7 pro
i think this is no footage related issue . i tried several QT . formats as tif and jpg sequences.
just a single layer in a comp, same size same nr of frames.
the shell pops up after dragging/applying 3d camera tracker to the footage.
Looks like your system is missing some DLL or some tool on your system has screwed around on that stuff - security tools, other installs or whatever. Could even be a hardware issue with a driver not loading/ unloading these DLLs and their functions properly. Anyway, nobody can know. This is too specific. The simplest "fix" would be to just reinstall Win 7 from scratch, making sure all components work properly, but foregoing any experiments with installing otehr software and only putting the Adobe stuff on there first...
