    Re-installing Presenter in the eLearning suite 2.5

      Dear Adobe,

         My Presenter crashed with my powerpoint and now I can't prepare lectures and carry on with my class.

      URGENT,please help.

          You can get it working again by finding the PowerPoint Options menu. Then go to Add-In. In the Manage dropdown menu, select distabled Add-ins. Select Presenter and enable it. Restart PPT and it should be there again.

           

          If/when PPT or Presenter crashes a dialog comes up that is asking if you want to disable the Presenter add-in. Click no, and you won't have to go through the above steps.

            Dear Ms. Jennings,

                 I still have problems and am unable to load and use Presenter to

            prepare my slide presentation. I learned subsequent to our discussion

            that there is a conflict between McAfee virus software and Presenter. I

            can run Presenter if I disable McAfee and reinstall Presenter, but I

            cannot/should not work without virus protection.

                 Help still needed.
