The Adobe Application Manager starts to download Edge Animate but after a while at 1% I receive a error message that download is broken.
Restarting Application Manager or the download does not help.
My system is a Win7 Professional PC and my country is Austria (German Region).
This error happened to me because of network configuration. Our work around was to take the computer off the network to install the app. Then we just put it back on the network and it is fine.
