This happens pretty often, and is frustrating, especially if you have a large folio that takes a long time to publish.

I believe r24 is supposed to bring 'auto-retry on failure' publishing, which will be a welcomed change. Although it would be great if they could solve the bug that causes this problem to happen so frequently.
