CS6 has plenty of them. Earlier versions may not.
But a preset is just a starting point. There's nothing to stop you from using any other preset and tweaking as needed.
What Jim said...CS6 has it all, look in H.264 and you'll see it (if you have CS6).
Otherwise, just scour the web for the playback format specs for your particular device, test a couple out and if you find something that works, then create a preset. That's essentially all that Adobe did when developing their presets.
