    Adobe Muse error

      On my 2nd computer I am having trouble using Adobe Muse.

      I pay for the monthly subscription. I keep getting this error message right after the log in and password.

      All my other Creative Cloud programs work fine except for Muse won't open.

       

      I already uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same error message.

          Please open a window to your Documents folder (or any folder) and type %appdata% in the path field at the top. This will put you in the <youruser>\AppData\Roaming folder (which by default is a hidden folder you wouldn't normally see). From there you can navigate up to the AppData folder and back down to Local\Adobe\OOBE. Once in the OOBE folder, delete the opm.db file.

           

          Please let us know whether or not that resolves the issue.

            BTW Any timeframe for the latest updates/features to Muse?
