Zak Williamson (Adobe) Oct 1, 2012 5:02 PM (in response to MikeV1234)Please open a window to your Documents folder (or any folder) and type %appdata% in the path field at the top. This will put you in the <youruser>\AppData\Roaming folder (which by default is a hidden folder you wouldn't normally see). From there you can navigate up to the AppData folder and back down to Local\Adobe\OOBE. Once in the OOBE folder, delete the opm.db file.
Please let us know whether or not that resolves the issue.
