I have about 100 images similar to the example below where the background is a neutral grey, darker at the edges then becoming lighter as it reaches the image subject. I'm looking for a way to lighten the grey background without have to mask the item in the center.
I wondered if someone could let me know the easiest way to do this so that the background is lightened but the subject isn't affected?
Appreciate any advice.
You could use a curve that target the colors of the background. With 100 images though some of the subjects may may get affected. You may have to create masks for some of those, and the quick selection tool can make that with a few clicks, then blur the edges.
