Indesign CS 6 Mac OS X 10.6.8 not packaging fonts

I recently started a job at a new place and while trying to package a file all I got in the Document Fonts Folder was ZapDingbats and a file called "AdobeFnt14.lst".

I am running CS6 with Extensis Suitcase Fusion 2 installed. I shut down Suitcase, tried it again, and the same thing happened.

the .lst file by default opens with Suitcase, and when opened in TextEdit does appear to have font information on the other fonts used in the layout.

I have just started here and am trying to get their workflow improved, but since I can't package, it's a little tough. I have little experience with Suitcase, sounds like most people here want to stop using it or already have.

      Any suggestions would be appreciated.
