I need to reset my Adobe ID activation count. I have new hardware and when I try to activate ADE it says Too Many Activations. The forums tell me to contact Live Chat but that is useless. The last two operators have basically said that they have no expertise in this area and kicked me off. Extremely frustrated right now. Can anyone tell me who I should contact?
Keep trying Chat. There is a noticable lack of uniform training in the
Chat operators. They can reset the activation counter. Also, you could
open a case via the web, and if that's the way the Chat operators want you
to do it, then they should be able to tell you how to open a case.

Finally, the 4th person I spoke to on Live Chat knew exactly what was going on and fixed the problem in 2 minutes.
