Now I've narrowed it down I guess for now I'll just set it to 358.9 and hope it doesn't happen in Director 11.
I've found 358.95 doesn't crash but 358.96 does.
Further to this weirdness, if I reduce the height of the sprite by a pixel and then rotate it to 359 I get no crash. If I then increase the height by a pixel it crashes.
I guess I'm talking to myself here but I have also found that it only occurs when the image is scaled up. If I use a larger image and scale it down then rotation isn't an issue.
So to summarise the issue;
- authored at 1024 x 768 projector running full screen at 1680 x 1050
- small image ( 1000 x 750 ) linked dynamically and scaled proportionately to almost fill screen ( scaling down or disproportionately doesn't crash )
- sprite rotated to 359 degrees ( with no h or v flips )
- app crashes ( also crashes Director when I run it full screen in authoring )
