We compressed footage from 100% to 1500% in PPro CS6 on a PC. We then tried to warp stabilize footage using Adobe Dynamic Link to send the footage to AE. Footage was analyzed, but only 2 out of the 5 seconds of the clip was stabilized, the rest of the clip was black. We had the same results with other footage that had been reduced from 4 seconds to 2 seconds.
How do you warp stabilize footage whose duration has been changed within PPro using the speed/duration tool, so the entire clip is stabilized and plays at the modified duration?
By compressed footage do you mean slowed it down? If you did that you either need to render the clip and then stabilize or, and this is the better approach would be to stabilize the shot first, render it, then change the duration (slow motion). Warp stabilizer only works on the actual frames.
