I have also had errors when trying to update in Extention Manager version 18.104.22.168 on Mac running OSX 10.7.4
with the following message from within the Extension Manager...
The following extensions
for product 'InDesign CS6' failed to be imported. Please make sure these are valid extensions.
Can anyone shed any light on this please.
I have also had the same problem when attempting to install LevelUp for Photoshop by running the downloaded .zxp file.
All updates have been completed today.
Running Windows 7 (64) Home Premium [Service Pack 1]; installed CS6 (64) trial today.

All your problems (jaxcullen, JGEvans and you) have the same cause: These extensions were signed with the same certificate and the certificate was revoked several days ago. So the signature of these extensions is no longer valid.
Now the new verison of LevelUp extension has been available. Please download AdobeExchange Panel from https://www.adobeexchange.com/ and install it with Extension Manager, then launch Photoshop, click menu "Window"->"Extensions"->"Adobe Exchange" if the Exchange panel doesn't show in Photoshop. Use this panel to install the latest LevelUp extension. (You should find it in the first page. If not, use the search box.)
For InDesign problem, just like what I said in http://forums.adobe.com/message/4755114#4755114, move these extension files out of that folder.
I have explained this error before. It doesn't prevent you from installing AdobeExchange Panel. Please continue to install AdobeExchange and LevelUp extension.
I've checked the other Forum as you suggest, but I am unable to find the files it mentions to remove.
You can delete all files/folders in /Users/<YourUserName>/Library/Caches/TemporaryItems/, make sure you have sufficient privilege to this folder, then retry. – This folder is empty
The only difference for you to import these extensions is that their version displayed in Extension Manager changed from 22.214.171.1240 to 126.96.36.1996. So if you don't mind this minor difference, you can simply move these ZXP files from "/Library/Application Support/Adobe/InDesign/Version 8.0/de_DE/Extensions" elsewhere. After that you will no longer see error messages.
I don't have an InDesign Folder within "Application Support/Adobe" so can't locate the ZXP files.
I'm still getting the errors from Extension Manger. If you are saying they are not important and I can ignore them, why are they even reported? Will there be a fix for this in future updates???
This was a standard update performed via the Adobe Updater. A number of files were all updated including the update for InDesign. All other updates were successful apart from this Extension Manager launching and reporting the errors. I'm sorry, but I don't really understand the bit about "the signature of the extensions is no longer valid".
