    Updates in Creative Cloud

      The update system in Creative Cloud seems to be a bit hit-and-miss. Neither Lightroom 4.2 nor Camera Raw 7.2 have come up as updates. I can download the LR update manually, but not CR.

       

      My understanding was that this would all be integrated and automatic.

          I had the same problem. I have Creative Cloud installed on two computers.

           

          For Lightroom I had to open LR and go to Help>Updates and followed the instructions from there. This worked on both computers.

           

          Camera Raw 7.2 showed up one computer when booted in an automatic update message from the Application Manager. The update installed as expected. The update for ACR 7.2 never showed up on the second computer. I tried opening Photoshop CS6 and going to Help>Updates but it kept telling me my computer was up to date. I did find a link to install it manually but I also would like to know why it didn't show automatically and if I should be concerned about future updates.
