OOB the scheduled activation time is based on default time zone and locale of the authoring server. It can't be configured to consider the user time zone.
As a workaround manually calculated the time based on server time & use activation later feature.
I refereing the page versions and not the future scheduled activation time. Still the user exprience is poor showing tow differnt times (activated time & version time) in differnt time zones.
can you please put that in as an enhensment request for future version.
Unfortunately, I could not reproduce the issue. Steps at . Still I see version is same as server time zone.
* Server running in EST
* User1 login from est timezone and create a new version for page.
* Another User2 login from pst timezone and create a new version for page.
* For both the users the version is created on server timezone.
see the screenshot. You could see that published time is appearing in a differnt time zone then the last version that got created (when the page got activated)
End users should not see any server time and diffently not two differnt time zones on the same exprience.
Very confusing to our authors.
I hope you guys can fix that

The data is stored in server time zone. While displaying in console considering the local user time. The issue is already logged. Please file daycare for further assistance.
