I recently purchased a book from ebooks.com in the EPUB format, but am getting the following error:

Error getting license. License Server Communication Problem:
I have purchased two other books in PDF format that have worked just fine. I have also authorized 3 separate machines with ADE 2.0 and I can read the PDF books just fine on all three, but I get this error on all 3 when trying to download the EPUB book. Has anyone else experienced this? Please help. Thanks.
the EPUBs on the server of your deliverer are currupt.
This isn't to make you sound dumb, but if you get the same error multiple
times from trying to work with the same ebook, then something is wrong with
the ebook, not the software. You need to go back to the site from which
you downloaded it and discuss the problem with them. Nothing we can do to
help you with this one.
This is not a helpful response honestly. I have had the same issue recently, and the epub book is from my local library! I've been through multiple attempts at resetting my password authorizing/deauthorizing to get a single Epub file to load to ADE and then to my NOOK - this is a completely unacceptable user experience.
