Use Premiere Pro's Project Manager to gather all of your resources to a single directory structure, then copy that structure over to the laptop.
Once you open the project on the laptop, you will probably have to tell Premiere Pro where the the first video file is, but once you do that it will find the rest on its own.
I migrate my Projects between my workstation and my laptop quite often. I just have my external HDD's set to the same drive letter, in the OS of each machine. My Project file, all (or Copies of all) of my Assets are in sub-folders, below the Project's "root folder."
