    Linking text between two documents

    Christina Andersen DOT

CS6: I'm working on a teaching publication that has two files, one for the student and one for the teacher. The two documents have mostly the same content, except the teacher's document contains answers to review questions, etc.

Before these documents are printed, several reviews and changes will be made. I would like to link the text so that I only have to make the changes in one document and they will be reflected in the other.

I tried using the content collector and it wasn't effective, as everything, even master page items came with it and would require me to re-layout the entire thing. I also found some posts that mentioned the story panel. I have never used the story panel and was having a hard time understanding how it works.

      Please help. Thanks.
