trying to install flash player; close "qbw32"...no programs running.

trying to install flash player; keeps telling me to close qbw32 and "retry"... no other programs are running.  How can I get the flash player to continue with the installation?

Hi,

Press Ctrl, Alt, and Delete keys together. Go to Task Manager. Click Process. See if you have any process in that name. I am not sure if this process uses Flash Player. You may need to end this process by clicking the End Process button.
