I create artwork for a company with over 100 locations, and a lot of the "work" I do consists of simply changing addresses, headlines, dates, coupons, etc. Can I set up a form (to be used on an intranet probably) that all a store manager has to do is fill out the required fields, and then the artwork auto populates / updates and is exportable / printable as a PDF or to be emailed?
I use InDesign to create most of the art and export as PDFs, so would it be easier to just make the PDF itself editable, rather than using a form of any kind? I can't seem to figure that out.
I feel like I asked too broad a question...views but no replies...maybe simply: how do I prepare artwork in InDesign with fields that can be populated by an online form?
I'm not sure how you would go about doing this. This isn't something FormsCental is capable of doing. You might want to try to post this on the Acrobat or InDesign forum to see if others have ideas.
