Every time I try to install flash player, i get "close gplayer" and "close IE"

How do I close gplayer?  I get message of "close gplayer" and "close IE" so flash player will not install

I assume you are using Windows.

To continue with the installation, you need to close Internet Explorer.

Press Ctrl, Alt, and Delete keys together and click Task Manager. Go to Process. Do you see gplayer.exe there? I may need to end this process.
