Replacing Flash with HTML5 works in Preview in Browser but in actual Browsers

I am new to this discussion and hoped that someone could point me in the right direction. I am trying to convert a web site that uses small Flash files into html5 so that mobile devices without flash can view the web site. I have been able to get it to work for the most part (except that IE9 does not work!) but I have recently upgraded to CS6 (PC) and for some reason, the new html5 page works just fine in Preview in Browser for Dragon (from Comodo), Firefox, and Chrome (all latest versions for Windows 7). However, when I upload all files and check out the page on any of the browsers (outside of DW), nothing shows up.

This has worked just a few days ago. I have been experimenting with Create with JSToolkit and Swiffy to try to get IE to work (although I am not sure it will).  Any help or direction would be gratefully appreciated.
