InDesign is telling me that a page with two text boxes is blank.

Please bear with me; I am a little frazzled and will try to make as much sense as possible. I am running Windows 7 on a Dell desktop with 4GB RAM with Adobe CS6.

I created an InDesign document with 14 pages. For some reason, even though there were two text boxes on the page, it continuely told me that the page was blank. I tried deleting and creating new text boxes, and I created a new document for the file. The new file doesn't recognize page 13, and I am out of ideas. It isn't marked as non-printing, and I don't think I did anything differently to either of these text boxes. Does anyone have any idea how to correct this?
