    error 0cx000007b


      After dl'ing and installing premiere/encore via creative cloud, neither will open. I get an error message saying the application failed to start with error code 0cx000007b.


      Have reinstalled and searched Google, but am not making any headway. Any thoughts?


      Windows 7 64 bit
