Unable to Download ADE (incomplete file?)

Well, I can sort of download the file however the page shows the download file should be about 13mb (Windows edition) but only a 6mb file downloads and when I click on it to open it, nothing happens. Is the 6mb the proper size or is something wrong here?

I think the 6 Mb is correct, the file is probably compressed and ends up as 12 when installed.  I could not make this version work (see thread http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1081859?tstart=0 ) so installed an older version which is working.
