If you downloaded your original programs it is strongly advised you burn a copy of the download to use on a re-install. If you did you are all set. If you still have the download files on your computer burn a DVD and use that. Otherwise you are stuck with downloading again. If one browser does not work try another.
Do not try to copy the files from one computer to another.

I guess that at some point I will be asked for the license number.
If you copied your download file you will also have to have the code that says you paid, I believe. If is is an update you bought you will need the s/n of the qualifying product like CS4 or whatever.
