Trouble with Flash Player

I have downlaoded the Flash Player a couple of times , but everytime I try to use it a message appers to tell me I I have INsufficent Flash Player Requiremensta and I should Download the latest version, which I have and Have And Have !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please check if you have sufficient requirement for Adobe flash player using below link

If it is on then download the flash player uninstaller and run (Admin rights must)

Restart your computer and install flash player from www.adobe.com
