That's a job for After Effects, my friend. Even if you were able to recreate it in Edge, the file size of that video is probably smaller than an Edge version would be.
Note that you can fake flat 3D rotation (on x and y axis) by simple scaling of the width or height and skew angle props.
sorry - I see it´s not clear what I want (for sure because of my english...)
The question is not how to make this 3d-animation (its already done) and it´s a just a video with transparent background.
So what I want to do in edge:
If someone clicks on one of the orange buttons, then the video with the 3D-animation should appear.
and the output of the whole project shouldn´t be a video (like the one on youtube) but an interactive version, wher users can click.
I just filmed the flash-version with a screencast-software and uploaded it on youtube to show it to you.
The big question: is that possible with adobe edge?
Thanks for clarifying, AmintaAdobe. Yes, you can embed video in Edge (though it's not natively supported yet).
Forum user heathrowe posted a great tutorial on embedding YouTube vids here:

Hi TimJaramillo, it wasn't me that clarified, but Maw87!! :-)
Thanks for the answer about Adobe After Effetcts!!!
Hi Tim, sorry if I take advantage of this contact, but I wonder if you have the answer for this question about the reset of a Edge composition with audio track in Ibooks Author: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4767373#4767373.

Hey AmintaAdobe, sorry about that- when Maw87 jumped in, I thought it was coming from you!
I'm also sorry that I can't help with your iBooks issue- I have no experience working with iBooks.
