We are teachers who just purchased Forms Central. We are unsure if we have made a mistake. Please advise. This is what we would like to do: We have created a fillable form. We would like to distribute the form via our school's site (Junior Jotter). The students are then able to open the document and fill it out. After they hit "submit", we would like to 1. give feedback on the actual form to the students' responses. 2. Collaborate with other teachers on submitted forms in real time. 3. print the actual form (not chart of data but the ACTUAL form) after submitted. Thank you.
All of the forms are submitted back to FormsCentral and shown in a table view with the View Responses tab. You can share the entire form file (including the response table) with other teachers.
This FAQ explains how: http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-2462
You can save a response as a PDF file that retains the original form design (just right-click on a response and save to PDF)
Once its a PDF you can make comments on it using the free Adobe Reader.
Hope that makes sense.
