      Is there a list of known issues with PDF v23 ? Is so Where can I find that?

          I believe the only issue is one where you can have scrolling troubles when the article format is PDF, an MSO is active, and you have PDF zooming enabled in your application.

           

          The workaround is to turn off PDF zooming in your application.
