marketing feed to Linked In or Twitter or Facebook?

Hi, I was told Wordpress has Application to stream marketing feed (blog posts, news) to LinkedIn. Does anyone know what we can use for BC websites? I am not really advanced in technical, so 'plain English' will be helpful .

Yep, I would really appreciate some simple step by step instructions to this question also, as clients ask about it a lot now.
