I have had some serious issues with PPro 6 (Creative Cloud) after updating to 6.02 anmd 6.03 .
My system: PC i920, 24 GB RAM, RAID0, Windows 7 pro 64 Bit, Geforce 570 GTX. I mainly work with AVCHD files (MTS) (from a Panasonic HMC-151) - 720 50P
1. In two different projects I have excperienced media was offline after I reopened the projects. This issue seems to have emerged after I updated from 6.01 to 6.02 and 6.03. I can relink to the files, but it comes up with an error saying: "Media mismatch - The selected file does not contain audio media used by clip references in one or more sequences. These audio clip references will be deleted, and cannot be indone. Do you want to continue?" If I answer yes the audio from the specific clip will dissapear from the timeline. I can not make the files online without doing it manually by copy paste in/out marks for every single clip and reimport the clips and adjusting them according to the in/out marks. etc. - but it took me 12 hours when I tried this because the project was quite large with a lot of clips etc. I guess there might be a more easy way of doing this?
2. If I make a new sequence - or even a new project - and copy clips from another project into the timeline sound and video will be unlinked and from time to time the audio will even be coloured pink. As explained here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JeqnqM0FgiE
It's a 6.03 glitch unfortunately. Not from pirated software.
I'm having a similar issue and I have the creative cloud.
There's not much documentation on it online but I found some other people having the same issues elsewhere.
What's happening for me is premiere stopped recognizing the audio track on a particular mts file. It started after the 6.03 update.
The file was and is fine, it loads perfectly on cs5.5 on a different machine.
The solution they found which worked for me as well was downgrading to 6.0 via reinstall.
Hopefully they'll sort it out in the next update, because my video card appreciates the 6.03 upgrade in a big way.
